Unfortunately the biggest victims of divorce are generally the children. It is often a very messy affair when it comes to deciding who gets custody of the children and when.

Often the reasons behind the divorce can also affect who gets custody of the children. If your partner has been given custody of the child or children under certain court orders, we are able to help to ensure that those court orders are being adhered to. It may be that they are not allowed to leave the children in anyone else’s care whilst they have custody, or the parent who has custody must not have anyone else over to the house whilst they are in custody of the child.

We are able to conduct surveillance to ensure that those who have custody of their children are looking after their children in accordance to the agreement that was put in place.
